(1) Accounts of expenses incurred in accordance with this regulation shall be kept by the relevant local bodies, voluntary organizations and community organizations in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the local bodies, voluntary organizations and community organizations shall submit the documents related to accounting to the fund within thirty five days of completion of the plan.
